Program Description
The Federal Practice Section and the Young Lawyers Section are pleased to co-sponsor the following “skills”-based CLE program on discovery in federal court.  This program will provide a complete overview of the discovery process, including: how to approach a 26(f) report, highlights of District-specific standing orders and initial protocols, strategies for propounding and/or serving written discovery devices, and common disputes over depositions.
