Kenneth A. Goss, Goss Law Firm PLLC Kenneth A. Goss focuses on commercial and business law matters for emerging and established franchisors, franchisees and independent businesses. Mr. Goss’ franchise experience includes documenting franchise and distribution programs, franchisee relations matters including terminations and non-renewals and franchise transactions such as resales, development, and management arrangements. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Goss was in-house at Edible Arrangements International, Inc., the franchisor of a leading, international franchise system with more than 1,000 independently owned and operated stores in 8 countries.
Mr. Goss is a member of the Connecticut and New York Bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for Connecticut and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Goss earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Quinnipiac University in 2000.
