About the Program

Former Chief Disciplinary Counsel Patricia King and criminal defense practitioner Matt Berger will discuss ethical issues specifically related to the criminal defense practice. Attorney King will provide the book and legal version of everyday issues that face the criminal defense bar, and Attorney Berger will discuss implementing those rules into everyday practice. Including, criminal retainer agreements that call for flat fees, sharing discovery with your client, and limits of the duties of confidentiality.
