Joseph Hubicki has an excess of 20 years of experience in the field of Matrimonial and Family Law. He is admitted in both Connecticut and New York with offices in Westport and in Manhattan. Mr. Hubicki also serves and general counsel for the Exhibition Employees Union Local 829 and is a panel attorney for the Family Law section of the Hotel Trades Council Legal Services Plan. 

Program Description

The presentation will examine the basics and latest developments in securing post majority child support for college expenses and extended support for children with special needs. Mr. Hubicki will discuss Connecticut Law and the related provisions under New York law. The presentation will also include proposed drafting clauses for agreements.
