Program Description

The CLE will discuss different ways to preserve issues for appellate review, as well as to cover the various interlocutory decisions that occur throughout a child protection case that actually constitute a final judgment for purposes of appeal.  In addition, we will cover the additional mootness concerns that frustrate appeals from many of the final judgments that are rendered prior to a decision on the TPR petition. The CLE will conclude with a Q&A session to answer any questions related either to the material presented or anything else relevant to Child Protection practice.
