About the Program
This program will examine commercial real estate transactions from the letter of intent and contract, through the closing. The panel will explore the perspectives of the various parties and how to successfully resolve the intricacies of the commercial closing process. You will learn how to negotiate and draft the purchase contract, navigate the due diligence process, and deal with the lender and its counsel.
