Program Description:

A panel discussion of the recent Girolametti v. Horton decision regarding the issue of res judicata as to the claims of subcontractors that did not participate in the underlying arbitration

Prior to this decision, an arbitration award was only binding upon the participants in the arbitration. Attendees will be able to learn the exception to this prior law carved out by this decision and how it may impact their clients now and in the future, both positively and negatively.
