Second Circuit and Supreme Court Criminal Law Update

The Criminal Law Subcommittee of the Federal Practice Section will be presenting a panel reviewing recent developments in criminal law from the Second Circuit and United States Supreme Court.  The panel will discuss recent and pending criminal cases in these Courts and the impact that these decisions may have on criminal law practitioners.
