Speakers

Elizabeth Leaming, Senior Assistant State's Attorney - Tolland JD
Cody Guarnieri, Partner, Brown Paindairis & Scott

Program Description

In many criminal cases, there are other proceedings running at the same time which may have valuable evidence. DCF investigations can be hiding bombshell information, or an administrative hearing may show a witness' inconsistencies. This program will alert practitioners, both prosecutors and defense, about where to look for this evidence, and how to use it.
