About the Program
Cody N. Guarnieri (Brown, Paindiris & Scott, LLP), Vice-Chair of the Criminal Justice Section and co-chair of the Hartford County Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Committee will present and host a discussion addressing the anticipated legal and procedural issues facing the state and federal criminal justice system in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Cody will endeavor to bring practitioners up to speed on the state of statutory, administrative and executive rules, laws, and orders related to the criminal justice system, as well as offer practical thoughts on the path forward.

Who Should Attend
Lawyers of all disciplines and experience levels who are interested the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the criminal justice system in Connecticut. Lawyers with insight on the impact of COVID-19 on their criminal matters, or thoughts on the implications of the pandemic, encouraged to participate in the discussion.
