Family Law in the Age of COVID-19
Program Description:
COVID-19 has materially changed the landscape of the Connecticut court system. Join us for a panel discussion which will focus on the current state of family law practice in Connecticut, a review of the new processes set out by the Judicial Branch, a summary of the Executive Orders that remain relevant to the field of family law, a summary of regional bar experiences in the remaining open courthouses, and practice tips for managing cases during the COVID-19 crisis.
