2020 Connecticut Employment Law Update

Matthew Curtin is a Partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Labor and Employment and Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Groups. In Matthew’s labor and employment practice, he has successfully represented employers of all sizes concerning a wide variety of claims before state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, the Connecticut State Board of Mediation and Arbitration, the Connecticut State Board of Labor Relations, the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, and other various administrative agencies.
Program Description
Murtha Cullina’s Labor and Employment Practice Group is hosting a complimentary CLE program for ACC CT members. Matthew Curtin will discuss new Connecticut employment laws such as paid family and medical leave and enhanced sexual harassment protections, developments in wage and hour law, non-competition agreements, and what is on the horizon for 2020.
