Review of the Election's Impact on Personal Tax Planning

Speakers:

Richard A. Marone, Murtha Cullina, LLP
Peter T. Mott, Brody Wilkinson PC
Edward A. Renn, Withers Bergman LLP

Program Description:

Less than a week after the election, the Section is pleased to be joined by a panel of experts to discuss what the election results could mean for estate planning for clients given the proposals put forward during the campaign. A brief overview of the winning candidate's proposals (assuming we know the winner by the meeting) will be given followed by a discussion of how this will impact planning in 2020. There will be time available for questions after the discussion.
