About the Program

On August 27, 2020, the Connecticut Supreme Court issued its decision in State v. This CLE will discuss the Court's decision and take a deep dive into First Amendment law in Connecticut and the United States. It will also discuss the history of the "N-word" and how the media has affected our perception of what is considered "hate speech."
