Suzanne B. Sutton, Cohen and Wolf, PC
Suzanne Sutton serves as Of Counsel to Cohen and Wolf, PC. She is a member of the firm's Ethics and Litigation Groups. She defends attorneys in malpractice and grievance matters and is often requested as an expert in malpractice cases. Prior to joining Cohen and Wolf, Ms. Sutton spent nine years pursuing grievance complaints against respondent attorneys as the First Assistant Chief Disciplinary Counsel. 
 

Program Description

Ms. Sutton will discuss various developing areas of attorney discipline. She will also discuss the important interplay between the Rules of Professional Conduct and working with pro se parties.
