The Federal Trade Commission - A Competition and
Consumer Protection Enforcement Agency

About the Program

Our guest speaker will be Bilal Sayyed, Director of Policy Planning at the Federal Trade Commission, who is extremely knowledgeable in a wide array of competition issues.  Mr. Sayyed will address several key FTC initiatives, including the antitrust implications of non-compete agreements, such as agreements among competitors not to poach each other’s employees, as well as the FTC’s commentary on the vertical merger guidelines.
