About the Program

Panelists will discuss apportionment of claims between carriers—from Mund to Hatt and its progeny; apportionment of impairment 31-349/Duschenes; how to handle a 31-299b claim from start to finish, as claimant or respondent; and Rice v. Vermillyn Brown application in early cases of exposure. This seminar will include a basic overview of the law and then a moderate to expert level discussion on the topics.
