About the Program

Get ahead of the post-pandemic need for debt relief. This program will provide an opportunity to learn the nuts and bolts of consumer and small business bankruptcy, specifically focusing on Chapters 7 and 13 while touching on Subchapter V, and give an overview of bankruptcy alternatives.
