About the Program

Our guest speaker will be Connecticut Assistant Attorney General Jeremy Pearlman, who has recently been appointed by Attorney General William Tong as the Department Head of the Antitrust Department. AAG Pearlman will be joined by Assistant Attorney General Rachel Davis and may also be joined by other AAGs in his Department. AAG Pearlman will discuss high profile litigation matters currently being handled by his Department and areas of focus for his Department. The Antitrust Department of the Connecticut Attorney General’s Office is highly regarded nationally and has for many years led important competition initiatives undertaken by state attorneys general.
