This webinar will educate attorneys on how a vocational expert can add value or defend a damages claim regarding a plaintiff’s employability and wage earning capacity. The presenters will also provide strategies on how, why, and when to use vocational experts during Covid. Preliminary data regarding the impact on employment as a result of the pandemic will also be discussed by the presenters.
