As a lawyer, a part of your role is to be a trusted advisor to your clients, and that often requires giving them advice on making decisions under uncertainty. Most people simply rely on their gut and best bet. This is the wrong approach. Instead, you should rely on a fact and logic-based approach. This process is called Decision Quality.
