Sara Soyeju, RD, MAPP
Sara Soyeju is a registered dietitian and Alumni of UPenn's Masters in Applied Positive Psychology Program (MAPP) with expertise and leadership in the application of positive psychology, behavioral economics, and psychological theories to nutrition counseling and public health projects. Her novel approach to nutrition counseling helps to creating sustainable, healthy behavior changes. As the professor of the Nutrition Counseling Theory and Practice course at New York University, she teaches master's level nutrition students and dietetic interns the skills to be effective nutrition counselors.
Sara will present on the impact of mindset on our nutritional choices and discuss how mindset can affect our behavior. She will provide tips and guidance to create sustainable healthy behavior changes leading to better nutrition and self-care.
