Mindset Matters
Our thoughts and our words can create our world. How we view our past and future experiences in the present goes beyond affecting our mood. Mindset also affects our opportunities, achievements, relationships, perseverance, ability to deal with adversity and problem solve, and mental and physical health. Tan and Sara will present how we can lead healthier lives by shifting our mindset. They will discuss how thinking traps can sabotage our mental health and productivity and discuss the scientific evidence that shows how the right mindset can improve resilience and endurance, physical health and longevity, success and productivity, mental and emotional wellbeing, and your relationships. The speakers examine mindset through a lens of awareness, understanding, and engagement and will provide insights and interventions you can take with you to start you on the path to a better mindset and a healthier you!
