About the Program
Dean Boerger, of Boerger Investigative Services, LLC, a private investigation service with a national presence, will provide attendees with a variety of investigatory resources that will provide the legal team with the tools to successfully locate witnesses, conduct asset research, and gather pre-litigation intelligence, among other research and location tasks typically undertaken by attorneys and paralegals.
This presentation is “must” for attorneys any paralegals who handle litigation, probate, or criminal matters and need to locate assets, witnesses, or defendants. Dean will show you how to find who and what you are looking for, in a reduced amount of time, using tools you didn’t even know existed.

Dean Boerger is a licensed private investigator and the owner of Boerger Investigative Services, LLC. Boerger Investigative Services, LLC is licensed in Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia and Washington, DC. Dean started Boerger Investigative Services, LLC in 1998 and his agency specializes in insurance fraud, corporate and legal investigations. Dean has also worked court appointed criminal cases involving rape, murder, arson and burglary. Dean spent 10 years in the United States Army before working for a national security company conducting labor and employment law investigations for 10 years.
Dean has had numerous investigative articles published; been interviewed on local and national television and radio; is a frequent speaker on investigative topics. Dean was appointed by Ohio Governor DeWine to serve on the Ohio Private Investigation and Security Services Commission and is active in the private investigation industry.
Fun Fact: Dean was featured in an episode of the hit A&E Series - Paranormal State - "The Fire." The episode involved a couple who were murdered then the house was burned. The case remains unsolved.
