About the Program

Connecticut has legalized cannabis for adult use and this legislation has profound effects on Connecticut workplaces. The law contains very specific requirements for both employees and employers that need to be understood to ensure employee rights are respected and for employers to operate their organizations safely and legally. The presentation will be led by two of Connecticut’s top attorneys in employee rights and management’s rights.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for transitional and non-transitional CLE credits.
