About the Speaker
Linda McGrath-Cruz is a premises liability paralegal in the Risk Management department of Royal Caribbean Cruises, Inc. She has worked as a paralegal in the area of products liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice and premises liability defense since 1997 and specializes in discovery and trial practice. Linda is NALA Advanced Certified Paralegal, a Florida Registered Paralegal and holds multiple certificates and degrees in paralegal studies. Linda is also the creator of Perfectly Paralegal, an online resource for paralegals providing community support, education and the annual paralegal cruise.
In addition to her paralegal work, Linda has been recognized as a LinkedIn Power User and is also a Facebook Certified Community Manager. She is passionate about social media use and community building for paralegals
