About the Program
Learned counsel will provide an overview of the law, social equity, workers’ compensation and medical marijuana implications, insuring cannabis businesses and the unique challenges companies face, from coverage questions, high entry costs and the need to identify insurers who specialize in the space. Panelists will discuss the impact upon the criminal justice system as it relates to erasures of records.

The Connecticut Bar Association reserves the right to transfer any planned in-person or hybrid CLE program to a virtual-only webinar at its own discretion. Registrants will be notified in advance of the date of the program if such a change is made.
