Program Description

The Energy, Public Utility and Communications Law Section along with the Environmental Law Section are having a joint meeting focusing on agency-specific ethical issues. The program will consist of a 1-hour seminar on CT Uniform Administrative Procedure Act ethics, followed by a 1-hour moderated conversation focusing on ethical issues for practitioners related to DEEP, PURA and the CSC.
