About the Program

The presentation will cover a variety ethical challenges Elder law practitioners face in their daily practice, including identifying the client, noticing and addressing potential conflicts of interest, protecting confidential information and working with clients with impaired capacity. The speakers will also address whether privilege can be breached if the attorney suspects undue influence, as well as other ethical considerations related to fees.
