An overview of cybersecurity requirements for insurance licensees under the NAIC Insurance Data Security Model and the NY DFS Cybersecurity Regulation.  The presenters will explore how those requirements can help inform scalable security for any type of organization, such as small and medium sized law firms and startups.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for transitional and non-transitional CLE credits.
