About the Program

This program will cover fair use and copyright in a number of key areas including NFTs, social media, fine art, and software.  The four-factor test and sub-factors for fair use are a difficult standard to assess, understand, and apply.  Our experienced presenters will walk attendees through various types of work and explain how fair use has interacted with each.
