About the Program

Jennifer’s Law went into effect on October 1, 2021 with the intention to provide additional tools for victims of domestic violence.  This CLE will look at the implications of this important legislation and how practitioners can properly apply its protections in their family law and criminal law matters.

• And how practitioners and judges put this new legislation into practice.
