Program Description

Bill O'Sullivan will present important 2021 business-law decisions of the Connecticut Supreme Court and Connecticut Appellate Court, with an emphasis on decisions of interest to transactional lawyers. Attorney O'Sullivan previously chaired the CBA's Litigation Section. Every year since 2010 he has authored the "Business Litigation Year in Review" for the Connecticut Bar Journal.
