Program Description

You may have seen burnout, stress, and disengagement alarmingly on-the-rise across the nation. Like most professionals, those in the legal industry are no exception to the real and self-imposed barriers to work-place wellbeing. When professionals possess the mindset, confidence, and communication skills to advocate for their wellbeing, they not only feel better, statistically they also perform better. In this thought-provoking presentation, participants will examine how they may be limiting their wellbeing while generating practical solutions to ensure their self-care becomes a priority.
By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:
• Discover the five signs that their body is begging for an energy boost.
• Learn some quick fixes to raise their energy levels even when they can’t take a nap and have a deadline.
• Create and rearticulate boundaries to help participants increase mental & physical energy, and foster a more productive environment at work.
• Learn how to regularly schedule self-care time into their schedule without feeling needy or guilty.

About the Speaker

Khemara Headshot 2Khemara Sical is a transformational coach based in Boston, MA. With over a decade of experience working in analytics and sales support, she quickly had to learn how to navigate her wellbeing in a time of crisis and challenges. Khemara has been on a personal development journey since 2013 and spent years learning about meditation and holistic healing techniques. She also has extensive training that includes business coaching, mindfulness-based stress reduction, breathwork, Neuro-linguistic programming, mindset tools and strategies. She is a certified corporate wellness coach, certified life coach and a certified meditation teacher. She is passionate about empowering professionals and entrepreneurs to build a life and business they love, while prioritizing their self-care.
