About the Speaker
Khemara Sical is a transformational coach based in Boston, MA. With over a decade of experience working in analytics and sales support, she quickly had to learn how to navigate her wellbeing in a time of crisis and challenges. Khemara has been on a personal development journey since 2013 and spent years learning about meditation and holistic healing techniques. She also has extensive training that includes business coaching, mindfulness-based stress reduction, breathwork, Neuro-linguistic programming, mindset tools and strategies. She is a certified corporate wellness coach, certified life coach and a certified meditation teacher. She is passionate about empowering professionals and entrepreneurs to build a life and business they love, while prioritizing their self-care.
