About the Program

Experienced state attorneys, public defenders, trial attorneys and judges present 10 commandments for each of the core trial skills: direct, cross, opening and closing.  Attendees then break out into small groups to do an exercise for each skill, using on a straightforward NITA fact pattern, receive a private video of their exercise and immediate, brief, constructive feedback, along with a succinct text only PowerPoint takeaway of the 10 commandments for future reference.
