Program Description

Secretary Kohler and attorney Drake will cover trends in business filings observed at the Secretary of the State. They will provide an overview of the number of businesses being formed, filing habits, and new options available on business.ct.gov to file electronically.  They will also open up the session to Q&A from the members on issues experienced when filing with SOTS.
