A general introduction to the seven specific types of animal abuse/human violence links. How the link helps resolve challenges in both criminal animal cruelty prosecutions and civil child abuse/domestic violence proceedings, and how cross reporting between the Dept. of Agriculture and DCF can help protect children and animals.
