About the Program

Learn about legal ethics from the three lawyers who together have over 50 years of experience in prosecuting and defending legal ethics cases and receive a full year of required legal ethics CLE. Mark Dubois will speak about the 140-year history of legal ethics codification and enforcement in the US. Attorney David Channing, a long-serving member of the Grievance Committee, will speak about the makeup of the Committee, and what works and what doesn't in advocacy before it. Jamie Sullivan will speak about how to defend against a grievance complaint.

Attendees will receive a discount on the purchase of the newly released 4th Ed. of Connecticut Legal Ethics and Malpractice authored by Attorneys Dubois and Sullivan, the only treatise dealing exclusively with Connecticut legal ethics and lawyer discipline.
