About the Program
Thousands of Connecticut businesses took advantage of the COVID Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL). The U.S. Small Business Administration, CT District Office is conducting webinars on COVID EIDL servicing. CT lawyers and business owners have questions about business insolvency matters, business ownership changes, UCC lien release requests, subordination requests and payment requirements. Attorney attendees will develop a better understanding of the servicing requirements for the COVID Economic Injury Disaster Loan enabling them to better represent their clients.
