Meditation has been touted as a great wellbeing tool, but for many it remains elusive.  Join Siena Loprinzi as she guides you through the ins and outs of meditation.  Learn how you can start and enhance your meditation journey.  Siena will also lead attendee on a few guided meditations.

Siena recently graduated from UCLA's Training in Mindfulness Facilitation program. She comes from a lineage of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga instructors and has been practicing yoga all her life. After a car accident in 2014, Siena spent years studying and practicing yoga with injuries and is a certified Love Your Brain, brain-injury yoga instructor and has received her

Masters’ degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Siena has spent time studying Buddhism at monasteries in Nepal and Bhutan, has completed month-long mediation programs in the Rocky Mountains, and is a 500-hour RYT, and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Herbalist, and Yin Yoga and meditation teacher.

Currently, Siena is also a meditation program coordinator for mediation centers while pursuing her second Master's in Intercultural and International Communications at American University (Class of 2024).
