Program Description

Public Act 20-09 created a Release Based Working Group to advise DEEP on new regulations that will remake Connecticut's remediation program. Many of your section colleagues have been active participants. This program will allow those who have not been following closely to catch up on the Working Group's progress so they will be in a position to meaningfully comment as draft regulatory text is released over the next several months.
