Program Description
The program will review the basic provisions of CETA and their relationship to other entity statutes in CT and DE for the four types of transactions covered by CETA, cross-entity mergers and interest exchanges, conversions and domestications. In addition, the program will cover the limitations of CETA and alternative solutions to those limitations as well as sample forms and a few cautionary tales.
