Program Description
The speakers will provide an overview of the U.S. Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”), including how this transformative federal legislation is anticipated to impact organizations, both domestically and worldwide, by requiring those entities which meet certain criteria under the CTA to disclose information regarding beneficial ownership. We will discuss the CTA’s reporting requirements, along with the benefits and implications this legislation is expected to have in the U.S. and abroad. Join us for an in-depth look at the key provisions of the CTA to ensure your organization and/or client’s organization is well-positioned for compliance when the CTA’s reporting requirement becomes effective on January 1, 2024.
