About the Program

Hot Topics in Probate is the popular biennial seminar sponsored by the Probate Assembly and the CBA’s Estates and Probate and Elder Law Sections. This year’s seminar, presented by probate judges, distinguished attorneys, and a medical professional will focus on capacity, accounting and jurisdiction, elder abuse and exploitation, trust modification, and fiduciary and attorney fees.

Who Should Attend
