About the Program

The Rules of Professional Conduct include specific obligations regarding technology. What does this mean for lawyers and what obligations to clients does it create? In this session, we will review the requirements of the Rules of Professional Conduct and the many reasons to be technologically competent. With the ever-evolving cyber world, including AI, lawyers have an even more pressing need and obligation to remain current on technology and data protection protocols to secure their systems and client information. Learn about AI and how it may be ethically used to enhance your practice.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for newly admitted and experienced attorneys CLE credits.
