About the Program

This program will begin with a lunch buffet provided by Café Amici at 12:00 p.m. The seminar will begin at 12:45 p.m. and will cover various areas of legal ethics including the disciplinary process, the cases most likely to lead to bar discipline, beginning and ending the attorney client relationship, conflicts of interest, and managing one’s IOLTA account.

  • How to apply the Rules of Professional Conduct to various scenarios to avoid situations that can result in disciplinary problems
