New Release-Based Regulations – Working Session

After three long years of work by the Working Group convened pursuant to Public Act 20-09, DEEP has announced that it will release draft release-based remediation regulations by the end of 2023. Comments by the Working Group will be due within 30 days after the draft regulations are released.  Please join us for an in-person working session, rolling into a working dinner, as we compare notes and begin to prepare comments. Dinner and beverages will be provided. We can arrange remote access as needed (please contact escott@rc.com).
