Program Description

Section Chief Sean Farrell and Assistant Section Chief Matthew Nikic will provide an overview of the responsibilities of the New York Office of the Antitrust Division, including importantly its primary role in criminal antitrust enforcement. They will also discuss recent enforcement initiatives and significant trends that will provide further insight into the workings of the New York Office.
