Sunsetting the Transfer Act – Release-Based Cleanup Program Update

Program Description

Graham and Brendan will provide an overview of the ongoing transition to a release-based cleanup program, including discussing the benefits of a sunsetting the transfer act.   On December 29, 2023, the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection released, in draft, proposed Release-Based Cleanup Regulations. Graham and Brendan will provide an overview of the proposed Regulations and the next steps in the adoption process.
