Program Description
Join a guided conversation to deepen individuals’ understanding of the diversity, equity, and inclusion landscape and how it may come into play for members of the CT Bar Franchise, Distribution, and Dealer Law Section and those they serve. The one-hour session led by Joelle A. Murchison will engage members in a discussion of how DEI can and has helped them better serve their clients, and actions they may take to further leverage the benefits of DEI within their organizations.
Joelle is an experienced DEI professional, with years of senior experience in the legal, corporate, and higher education sectors. She is the Founder and CEO of ExecMommyGroup, LLC (EMG), a diversity and inclusion, consulting, leadership, and coaching practice.
